Rep. Boebert: ‘I’m asking Joe Biden to provide the American people with proof of life’

U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Windsor, three times on Monday asked for President Joe Biden to prove his existence in Twitter/X posts.

“Again, I am calling for a proof of life appearance of Joe Biden,” she wrote at about 11 a.m.

It follows a tweet Charlie Kirk shared in which a source claims Las Vegas Metro was informed of “an emergency situation involving Joe Biden,” and then, Kirk reports, a standdown order “which they presumed meant fly him back East ASAP.” While Kirk indicated he ignored the rumor at first, he noted in the tweet how Biden has been out of sight for days and announced the suspension of his campaign via Twitter.

“I’m beginning to grow more curious if COVID or something else has been more serious than reported,” Kirk wrote in the tweet.

Boebert had previously called for Biden to appear in public.

“I demand proof of life from Joe Biden today by 5 p.m.,” she wrote in a tweet earlier Monday morning. “He needs to get in front of some camera and discuss if he’s aware that he dropped out. Hiding is completely unacceptable.”

While announcing his decision to suspend his candidacy, Biden detailed he would speak to the American people this week. He has not appeared publicly since Wednesday, July 17.

In a previous post on Twitter/X, Boebert wrote: “Joe Biden is UNFIT to stand trial. Joe Biden is UNFIT to debate. Joe Biden is UNFIT to run for re-election. But Joe Biden is FIT to serve out the remainder of his term? Make it make sense.”

A letter from the President’s physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, placed on WhiteHouse.gov, confirmed “The President continues to perform all of his presidential duties”, but he has not appeared publicly. That doctor’s note indicates Biden has been administered 10 doses of Paxlovid.

“A letter from a doctor is not proof of life,” Boebert wrote on Twitter/X. “For the third time today, I’m asking Joe Biden to provide the American people with proof of life.”
