It took her seven years to become a U.S. citizen, after marrying 3rd District U.S. House Republican nominee Jeff Hurd. For Barbora, living in a country where hard work leads to achieving dreams is worth fighting for. Living Under Communism Barbora recalled: “I was born and grew up behind the Iron Curtain. This meant that we, as citizens, had no freedom of speech or expression. No freedom of religion or worship. We had no free press. We were not free to move. Unclaimed $500k winning Powerball ticket sold in Arvada set to expire soon

Earlier this year, someone bought a Powerball Double Play ticket at the King Soopers at 8031 Wadsworth Blvd. in Arvada for the drawing on March 23. The ticket was worth $500,000, but almost six months later, no one has claimed it. By Heather Willard | Fox 31 News The Denver Police Department has cited a 56-year-old man for posting anti-migrant signs near the Colorado Capitol in late March. The agency said Monday that Christopher Balli was cited on a municipal code violation on Thursday for illegally posting on public or private property, as the signs were attached to city street sign poles on March 22. However, Balli is not facing hate crime charges at this time. The signs were bolted to the same posts as the city’s metal street signs and made to look like a normal street sign. However, the signs featured the words hookers, migrants and undocumented.

The complexes at issue are The Edge at Lowry, located at East 12th Avenue and Dallas Street, and Whispering Pines, at East 13th Avenue and Helena Street. CBZ Management operates both complexes, which have suffered a severe lack of maintenance along with concerns about the presence of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua. ICE confirms Venezuelan gang members arrested in Colorado shooting are in the country illegally

By Sarah Akey | Law Enforcement Today Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has now confirmed that four Venezuelan nationals arrested in Aurora in connection with a late July attempted homicide are illegal aliens. According to FOX News, ICE confirmed the information in a statement, adding that the four men range in age from 19 to 24. Additionally, the men are also members of the Tren de Aragua gang that has been terrorizing Colorado communities in recent months. Dixon Jose Azuaje Perez, Nixon Jose Azuaje Perez, Jhonnarty Dejesus Pacheco-Chirinos, and Jhonardy Jose Pacheco-Chirinos crossed the southern border illegally into the United States in 2022 and 2023.
