Guggenheim's advocacy includes leading ballot initiatives to protect girls' sports and parental rights. He also sued Colorado legislators in federal court for violating 1st Amendment rights. This goal is one of many outlined in his Administration’s “Colorado Transportation Vision 2035.” The plan is aimed to play a role in helping meet the state’s climate goals.
