Matt Burgess
Biography
Matt Burgess is an environmental economist who studies the macroeconomics and political polarization of climate change, and does outreach promoting open inquiry, viewpoint diversity, and constructive disagreement on college campuses. He is assistant professor of environmental
studies at the University of Colorado Boulder and will be assistant professor of economics at the University of Wyoming, starting in fall 2024.
