Matt Solomon
Biography
Matt Solomon is a civic-minded entrepreneur with broad experience in both the public and private sectors. He was twice-elected to the Eagle Town Council and, in the private sector, built teams and launched companies locally and internationally. He is a former collegiate and professional athlete, author, public speaker, and consultant. His appreciation and understanding of Western Colorado values and passions, coupled with his ability to bring experience and perspective from both sectors, offer a balanced vision for any task at hand.
Matt is the author of Fortunate Accidents, which uses stories from his life to teach lessons in personal growth and leadership. He writes the occasional column and supports individuals, companies, and campaigns as a private consultant and strategic advisor. He has served as a board member on various boards. He is the project manager for the Northwest Colorado Energy Initiative (NCEI) and works with the Associated Governments of Northwest Colorado (AGNC) as a Regional Grant Navigator and Industry Liaison.
