There will be three opposed district attorney races to decide, including in the newly-created 23rd District, on the primary ballot.
Election Day is Tuesday, June 25. Registered voters should have received a mailed ballot or will in the coming days. Those Coloradans who are not yet registered to vote may do so in a couple of ways with various deadlines. Register at GoVoteColorado.gov through June 17, in order to receive a ballot by mail. Additionally, registration can be completed in person at a voting center until 7 p.m. on Election Day.
On the Democratic ballot, John Walsh and Leora Joseph are vying to become district attorney in the 2nd District. The winner will not face Republican opposition in the general election.
On the Republican ballot, races will be opposed in both the 4th and 23rd Districts. David Willson and Michael J. Allen are vying for the Republican nomination in the 4th District, while Dagny Van Der Jagt and George Brauchler are Republican candidates in the 23rd District. In both races there is unopposed Democratic opposition awaiting in the general election.
Following are choices you may have, based upon your registration with a major party or as an unaffiliated voter:

Democratic Party – Alexis King will appear on the ballot.
Republican Party – No candidate will appear on the ballot.
2nd District
Democratic Party – John Walsh and Leora Joseph will appear on the ballot.
Republican Party – No candidate will appear on the ballot.
3rd District
Democratic Party – Nicholas J. Dale will appear on the ballot.
Republican Party – No candidate will appear on the ballot.
4th District
Democratic Party – Jeremy Dowell will appear on the ballot.
Republican Party – David Willson and Michael J. Allen will appear on the ballot.
5th District
Democratic Party – Heidi McCollum will appear on the ballot.
Republican Party – No candidate will appear on the ballot.
6th District
Democratic Party – Sean Murray will appear on the ballot.
Republican Party – No candidate will appear on the ballot.
7th District
Democratic Party – No candidate will appear on the ballot.
Republican Party – Seth Ryan will appear on the ballot.
8th District
Democratic Party – Gordon McLaughlin will appear on the ballot.
Republican Party – No candidate will appear on the ballot.
9th District
