Bear visits school cafeteria for lunch in Pitkin County, officials report

Even school officials have to be bear aware!

The Pitkin County Sheriff’s Office is reporting a black bear entered a middle school Monday morning while classes were underway. This happened at the Aspen School District Middle School and the wild animal made it into the cafeteria.
