A majority of suburban women are expressing concerns about Vice President Kamala Harris’s ability to handle the economy, which is becoming one of the top voter concerns of the 2024 election.
About 72% of suburban women say the economy is a top priority for them heading into the election, according to a survey conducted by the Place America First super PAC that was first obtained by the Washington Examiner. Of those, 70% say Harris lacks “viable solutions” for the economy compared to former President Donald Trump.
The survey also shows Trump gaining ground with other key voting demographics, including English-speaking Hispanics and veterans. About 65% of the Hispanic voters surveyed said they were more inclined to vote for Trump, while 67% of veterans say the former president would be able to address veteran matters better than Harris.
