Army releases details on Colorado Springs man who died in Las Vegas Cybertruck explosion

The U.S. Army released more details Thursday on the man who Las Vegas police say died in a Cybertruck explosion outside a Trump hotel Wednesday.

According to a U.S. Army spokesperson, Matthew Allen Livelsberger enlisted in the Army in January 2006 and served until March 2011.

After short stints in the National Guard and Army Reserve, they said Livelsberger became an active-duty special forces soldier in December 2012.

Officials said, at the time of his death, he was assigned to the 10th Special Forces Group in Stuttgart, Germany.
