Coloradans have until Oct. 26 to register for a mail ballot ahead of the Nov. 3 election, but same-day registration is available through Election Day.
It’s National Voter Registration Day, and Colorado voters have multiple ways to register before Election Day on Nov. 3.
How to register
To register to vote in Colorado, people must provide their Colorado driver’s license number, the last four digits of their Social Security number or present another valid form of identification to their county clerk and recorder’s office or the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office. To receive a ballot in the mail, Coloradans must be registered by Oct. 26.
