Democrat Rep. Zokaie compares concerned parents to KKK during hearing on HB25-1312

By Jamie Joseph | Fox News A Colorado Democrat likened parent groups to "the KKK" during an hours-long committee hearing for a controversial bill that could see parents accused of "coercive control" in custody fights for using a trans child's "deadname." "I really am curious about how much stakeholdering went on both sides of the issue, and not just one side," Republican state Rep. Jarvis Caldwell said during the hearing, which began Monday night and ran into early Tuesday. "I'm curious with if the businesses in the community were included in these and if parent groups that are not part of the LGBT community if they were involved." Later during the House Judiciary hearing, Democrat state Rep. Yara Zokaie said the committee that night had "heard a lot about stak...

Federal charges filed in Loveland Tesla firebombing: AG Bondi says ‘Justice is coming’

By Louis Casiano | Fox News A man accused of firebombing a Tesla dealership in Colorado is facing federal charges, Attorney General Pam Bondi said Monday.  Cooper Jo Fredrick, 24, was arrested in Plano, Texas, on suspicion of attacking a Tesla dealership on March 7 in Loveland, Colo., Bondi said.  "Let this be a warning. You can run, but you cannot hide," Bondi said in a video message. "Justice is coming." Frederick, a resident of Fort Collins, Colo., allegedly ignited an incendiary device and hurled it at the dealership, narrowly missing several parked vehicles. The device landed between two cars, and created a fire, Loveland police said.  Several people inside the dealership who were cleaning the building were present at the time, police said. However, ...

First major swing state election of 2025 turns into referendum on Trump, Musk

By Paul Steinhauser  | Fox News MADISON, WI - Voters head to the polls in Wisconsin on Tuesday to decide if conservatives or liberals will control the majority on the key Midwestern battleground state's supreme court, which is likely to rule on crucial issues including congressional redistricting, voting and labor rights, and abortion. However, with a massive infusion of money from Democrat and Republican-aligned groups from outside Wisconsin - which turned the race into the most expensive judicial election in the nation's history - the contest has turned into a referendum on President Donald Trump's sweeping and controversial moves during the opening months of his second tour of duty in the White House. Also, front and center in the electoral showdown is ...

Atlantic reporter publishes more texts about attack on Houthi targets

By Greg Norman  | Fox News The Atlantic published Wednesday what it described as the "attack plans" at the center of a Signal text chain leak involving senior officials in the Trump administration. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and national security advisor Mike Waltz have faced calls to resign following revelations that the outlet's editor-in-chief Jeffrey Goldberg was inadvertently added to a private group chat earlier this month in which Hegseth, Waltz, Vice President JD Vance and other top administration officials reportedly discussed impending airstrikes on Yemen's Houthi rebels. Hegseth has said "nobody was texting war plans" and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard vowed during a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing Tuesday that there was "no classifi...

GOP rep forced to remove 2A sticker from laptop: ‘Offensive’

By Michael Lee  | Fox News A Republican lawmaker from Colorado expressed shock at being told by Democratic colleagues that he had to remove a sticker supporting the Second Amendment from his laptop while in the state's House chamber. "I had to cover up this, they couldn't stand my sticker," Colorado Republican state Rep. Ken DeGraaf said during remarks on the state's House floor, pointing to paper covering up a sticker in support of the Second Amendment on a laptop he carried with him to the chamber. "It said ‘shall not be infringed’ and signed ‘2-A’ and that was considered offensive, which I understand would be offensive to this bill," he continued. READ THE FULL STORY AT FOX NEWS

Court of Appeals to hear oral arguments in high-profile deportation suit involving Venezuelan nationals

By Haley Chi-Sing | Fox News The Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit will hear oral arguments Monday on whether a lower court can properly address the Trump administration's efforts to deport Venezuelan nationals via a 1798 wartime law.  The administration asked for a stay pending appeal shortly after an initial March 15 order was issued, calling it a "massive, unauthorized imposition on the Executive’s authority to remove dangerous aliens who pose threats to the American people." The Trump administration had attempted to invoke a 1798 wartime authority to deport Venezuelan nationals, including alleged members of the gang Tren de Aragua (TdA), for a period of 14 days.  READ THE FULL STORY AT FOX NEWS

Illegal immigrants Joel Jose Gonzalez-Gonzalez, 32, and Geilond Vido-Romero, 24, escaped from the facility at some point on Tuesday after they were accounted for during a 2 p.m. facility-wide count. Judge who ordered deportation flights of Venezuelan gang members be returned faces calls for impeachment

By Alec Schemmel  | Fox News After Obama-appointed Judge James Boasberg issued an order Saturday halting President Donald Trump's rapid deportation of Venezuelan gang members, Texas GOP Rep. Brandon Gill swiftly announced plans to file articles of impeachment in an effort to remove him. Gill made the announcement on X, formerly Twitter, on Saturday, noting he would be filing the motion this week. In a subsequent tweet from Elon Musk, the entrepreneur turned Trump advisor responded simply, "Necessary." "The very worst judges – those who repeatedly flout the law – should at least be put to an impeachment vote, whether that vote succeeds or not," Musk followed up in a separate post on X Monday.  READ THE FULL STORY AT FOX NEWS

Huckabee-Sanders: Get rid of the Education Department. Give power to parents

By Sarah Huckabee Sanders | Fox News, Commmentary Long before I was governor of Arkansas or White House press secretary, I came to Washington as a bright-eyed college graduate for my first real job at the Department of Education. I thought I was there to change the world and found myself spending more time changing coffee filters.  But I walked away with one, crystal-clear lesson: it’s time to abolish the federal Department of Education.  I’m a mom of three, so I know that no two kids – not even in the same family – learn the same way. It’s ridiculous, then, to assume that every kid in every community in America would have the same education needs or goals. But that’s exactly the way the Department of Education functions.  READ THE FULL STORY AT FOX NEWS...
