The complexes at issue are The Edge at Lowry, located at East 12th Avenue and Dallas Street, and Whispering Pines, at East 13th Avenue and Helena Street. CBZ Management operates both complexes, which have suffered a severe lack of maintenance along with concerns about the presence of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua. ICE confirms Venezuelan gang members arrested in Colorado shooting are in the country illegally

By Sarah Akey | Law Enforcement Today Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has now confirmed that four Venezuelan nationals arrested in Aurora in connection with a late July attempted homicide are illegal aliens. According to FOX News, ICE confirmed the information in a statement, adding that the four men range in age from 19 to 24. Additionally, the men are also members of the Tren de Aragua gang that has been terrorizing Colorado communities in recent months. Dixon Jose Azuaje Perez, Nixon Jose Azuaje Perez, Jhonnarty Dejesus Pacheco-Chirinos, and Jhonardy Jose Pacheco-Chirinos crossed the southern border illegally into the United States in 2022 and 2023.
