American families continue to struggle to provide essentials in ongoing diaper crisis

By  Sunny Tsai | Fox Business Diaper banks are stepping up to cover costs and babies’ bottoms across the U.S. as families struggle to pay for essentials for their newborns. Baby’s Bounty Center for Families in Las Vegas is a nonprofit that helps at-risk families with baby essentials, including diapers, car seats, foldable cribs, and clothes. The organization says a lot of parents are having a tough time these days. "An infant can use eight to 10 diapers per day. So, the need is significant, and they're incredibly expensive… we are not seeing this wane at all. We really thought that this was a COVID-based need. But week over week, we're seeing more and more families attend our diaper banks," said Baby’s Bounty CEO Kelly Maxwell. READ THE FULL STORY AT FOX BUSINESS

Harris says she hopes ‘the former vice president would agree to’ another debate in latest gaffe

By Heather Hunter | Washington Examiner Vice President Kamala Harris called for another presidential debate on Sunday while talking to reporters on the tarmac at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, but mistakenly noted that she hoped for “the former vice president to” agree to the debate. “Well, you’ve probably heard I would like another debate,” Harris said while walking up to reporters. She continued, “So, I’m hoping the former vice president will agree to that, but we have a lot more to discuss.” The White House transcript appears to have corrected her remarks, replacing “the vice president” with “the former president” to refer to her Republican rival, Donald Trump. Majority of Democrats vote against bill that would deport sex offenders

By Bethany Blankley  | The Center Square via Daily Signal The U.S. House passed a bill last week to deport and make inadmissible criminal foreign nationals convicted of domestic violence and sex-related offenses, including sex crimes against children. It passed with bipartisan support but with the majority of Democrats, 158, voting against it. The bill would amend the Immigration and Nationality Act “to provide that aliens who have been convicted of or who have committed sex offenses or domestic violence are inadmissible and deportable.” This includes stalking, child abuse, child neglect, child abandonment, violation of protective orders, including credible threats of violence, repeated harassment, and conspiracy to commit a sex offense as grounds f...

Trump floats massive tariffs on John Deere if manufacturing shifts to Mexico

By Mariane Angela | Daily Caller Former President Donald Trump issued a warning Monday about imposing 200% tariffs on John Deere products if the company relocates its manufacturing operations to Mexico. Trump engaged with local farmers and manufacturers during an event in Smithton, Pennsylvania, about the impact of China’s economic policies on the U.S. economy, according to The Associated Press. The former president highlighted his economic strategy against Vice President Kamala Harris by pointing out the potential benefits of tariffs and increased energy production, which he argued could help lower costs and protect local industries. Trump highlighted John Deere’s recent decision to move some manufacturing to Mexico, and he threatened a 200% tariff on the company should it procee...

Zelensky attacks Trump and Vance to U.S. media, tours ammo plant in PA at taxpayers’ expense

By Christina Coulter  | Breitbart Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is bashing former President Donald Trump and his running mate, Sen. JD Vance (R-OH), attacking them in American media outlets and touring an ammunition factory in Pennsylvania Sunday — reportedly arriving there at the taxpayers’ expense on an Air Force jet. The New Yorker has an exhaustive piece on Zelensky penned by Joshua Yaffa, stating that the Ukrainian leader “speaks with the urgency of a leader who knows that he may be facing his last best chance for substantial foreign assistance” as President Biden’s presidential term is coming to an end. The Q&A in the piece is revealing, as Zelensky openly attacks Trump, asserting that he “doesn’t really know how to stop the war even if he might think he knows how....

How NYC ‘sanctuary’ status allows bloodthirsty migrant gang Tren de Aragua to thrive in Big Apple’s shelters

By Joe Marino, Jennie Taer, Craig McCarthy and Jorge Fitz-Gibbon | New York Post The Big Apple’s migrant-friendly “sanctuary city” status has allowed the vicious Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua to flourish in local migrant shelters, hamstringing cops and keeping immigration agents in the dark, law enforcement sources tell The Post. The gang has infiltrated the shelter system to build a criminal enterprise that peddles drugs, guns and women in the five boroughs — but the restrictive policy largely bars the NYPD from policing the facilities and prohibits the city from tipping off federal immigration agents about dangerous illegal immigrants, the sources said. “It was an unintended consequence of this administration’s policies,” a source with US Immigration and Customs Enfor...

By Christina Coulter  | New York Post Border Patrol agents are warning that kids as young as 8 are being drugged and smuggled into the US by traffickers posing as their parents or family members — and nobody knows how common the horrifying practice is. Authorities have rescued children caught up in two different instances of such smuggling in recent weeks — including one instance in which the alleged traffickers had birth certificates for multiple kids to whom they weren’t related, according to the Border Patrol. Border Patrol sources have told The Post they’ve observed increasing numbers of smugglers posing as family units in order to “recycle” children. READ THE FULL STORY AT THE NEW YORK POST
