Biden judge orders Virginia to put more than 1,500 ‘self-identified’ noncitizens back on the voter rolls

By Shawn Fleetwood | The Federalist On Friday, a Democrat-appointed federal judge ordered Virginia to put more than 1,500 allegedly “self-identified” noncitizens back on the state’s voter rolls ahead of the November contest. “Let’s be clear about what just happened: only eleven days before a Presidential election, a federal judge ordered Virginia to reinstate over 1,500 individuals — who self-identified themselves as noncitizens — back onto the voter rolls,” Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin said in a statement. The order came in response to a request from the Biden-Harris Department of Justice (DOJ), which sued the commonwealth last week to prevent its elections department from removing noncitizens and other ineligible registrants from the voter rolls before Nov. 5. Davidson: Asking questions about election integrity doesn’t make someone an ‘election denier’

By John Daniel Davidson, Commentary | The Federalist A sensational report in The Wall Street Journal implies that questioning the integrity of our elections is tantamount to domestic terrorism. If Americans have questions and concerns about how our elections are administered and how ballots are tabulated, does that make them “election deniers,” conspiracy theorists, threats to democracy? The Wall Street Journal seems to think so. In a long news report published over the weekend headlined, “‘It Feels Very Dystopian.’ Republican County Officials Brace for Election Deniers—Again,” the Journal repeatedly characterized those who think the 2020 election was stolen, rigged, or less-than-secure as “election deniers,” and stopped just short of calling them domestic terrorists.&nb...

Trump served more McDonald’s french fries in 15 minutes than Harris probably ever has

By Tristan Justice | The Federalist Donald Trump served French fries at a Pennsylvania McDonald’s on Sunday after Kamala Harris allegedly lied about her job there as a cook. Former President Donald Trump put on the apron of the golden arches Sunday to serve French fries at a McDonald’s in Feasterville, Pennsylvania. “I’ve now worked for 15 minutes more than Kamala,” Trump said from the drive-thru window. The billionaire real estate mogul manned the fast food shift after the Washington Free Beacon reported in August the Democrat presidential nominee likely fabricated her experience as a McDonald’s fry cook. Davidson: Kamala Harris is priming Democrats for violent resistance if Trump wins

By John Daniel Davidson | Commentary, The Federalist By now it’s commonplace to note that Kamala Harris often seems out of her depth, like she’s unsure what to say about policy, or how to explain her past positions, or why she hasn’t already done the things she’s promised to do if she’s elected given that she’s the current vice president. But on one particular subject she’s been consistent and forceful throughout her campaign. She’s adamant that Donald Trump will destroy America if he’s reelected. And not “destroy” in the sense of enact bad policies, but that he’ll round people up with the military and put them in camps. She talks about this all the time now. At one point during her Wednesday evening interview with Bret Baier on Fox News, she became visibly upset after Baier playe...

Shideler: Drones are swarming U.S. military bases, and our incompetent bureaucracy won’t do anything about it

By Kyle Shideler, Commentary | The Federalist Despite prevailing public and political wisdom that removing homeless encampments is necessary to reduce crime in an area, a new national study looking specifically at Denver’s crime rates after sweeps found the narrative was, in fact, mostly false. “There is no evidence that sweeps make our community safer,” said Pranav Padmanabhan, the Denver-based lead author of the study published Wednesday in the national Journal of Urban Health. Padmanabhan is a graduate student in Public Health at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and one of four authors affiliated with the medical school. The fifth is with the University of California-San Diego School of Medicine. READ THE FULL STORY AT THE FEDERALIST Editor’s note: O...

Purnell: Four years after ‘laptop from hell’ coverup, media election interference is worse than ever

By Elle Purnell | Commentary, The Federalist Four years ago this week, the corporate press helped airlift Joe Biden to the White House by blacking out coverage of his international pay-for-play scandal, after the New York Post discovered evidence of the scandal on an abandoned Biden laptop. The press reaction ranged from refusing entirely to cover the story because it was a “waste of time” to only covering it insofar as outlets could cast doubt on its legitimacy. After the election, polling would show that 1 in 6 Biden voters would have changed their vote had they known about some of the stories suppressed by the media, including the Hunter Biden laptop story. It was the most infamous, though not the only, instance of journalists interferi...

Bill Clinton: Laken Riley would still be alive if Biden-Harris Admin vetted immigrants

By Shawn Fleetwood | The Federalist Just when it seemed that Kamala Harris’ campaign woes couldn’t get any worse, former President Bill Clinton admitted that the death of a Georgia girl, allegedly at the hands of an illegal alien, is the fault of the Biden-Harris border invasion. The moment came on Sunday when the 42nd president was campaigning for Harris-Walz in Central Georgia and referenced Laken Riley, a 22-year-old University of Georgia nursing student whom Jose Ibarra allegedly murdered earlier this year. As The Federalist reported, Ibarra illegally entered the United States in 2022. In a blow to Harris’ narrative as a “tough on crime” prosecutor who’s serious about border security, the former president acknowledged that Riley would still be alive ha...

Kamala Harris’ career of releasing murderers and drug dealers proves she won’t be ‘tough on crime’

By Beth Brelje | The Federalist Harris’ disastrous policies as the San Francisco district attorney increased crime, freed murderers, and cost lives. Kamala Devi Harris often points to her time as a prosecutor to prove she is a tough-on-crime champion of public safety. And since she is so proud of her record, if elected president, she will try to implement the same policies she tried before. But the truth is that her disastrous policies as the San Francisco district attorney (DA) increased crime, freed murderers, and cost lives. Harris oversaw crime in San Francisco as DA from 2004 to 2010. In her first year, San Francisco saw the violent crime rate increase 19 percent, an upward trend that continued for much of her reign. Her policies, implemented and proposed, drew critici...

Biden-Harris DOJ sues to stop Virginia from taking noncitizens off the voter rolls

By Shawn Fleetwood | The Federalist The Biden-Harris Justice Department filed a lawsuit on Friday alleging that Virginia’s removal of noncitizens and other ineligible registrants from its voter rolls is illegal. “The right to vote is the cornerstone of our democracy and the Justice Department will continue to ensure that the rights of qualified voters are protected,” Kristen Clarke, the hyper-partisan head of the agency’s Civil Rights Division, contended in a melodramatic statement. The suit comes in response to efforts by Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin and the Virginia Department of Elections (ELECT) to ensure only eligible U.S. citizens are on the state’s voter registration lists. READ THE FULL STORY AT THE FEDERALIST

Kamala Harris doubles down on facilitating Biden’s border invasion if elected

By Shawn Fleetwood | The Federalist During a Univision town hall on Thursday, Vice President Kamala Harris doubled down on furthering the ongoing invasion at the U.S. southern border if elected president this November. The moment came when a prospective voter questioned Harris about what she would do to support noncitizens who have resided in the United States “for years.” The Democrat nominee bragged about how “the first” piece of legislation the Biden-Harris administration sent to Congress was a bill that, among many things, sought to provide amnesty to illegal immigrants within the country. Referred to by the White House as the U.S. Citizenship Act, the measure specifically would have allowed foreign nationals residing in the United States prior to Jan. 1, 2021, “to apply for t...
