New Centennial Stadium Welcomes Denver Summit and Soccer Star Lindsey Heaps

Lindsey Heaps also makes her highly anticipated Summit debut in the Saturday match against the Portland Thorns.
Centennial Stadium will open its gates for the first time Saturday as the Denver Summit plays the Portland Thorns.
The 12,000-seat stadium, which recently finished construction, is set to be the Summit’s home for at least a couple seasons. Until now, the team has been playing most of its home games in Commerce City.
Resale tickets for the debut Centennial match are available from $73. The match will stream on Paramount+ and air on CBS.
The Thorns are among the National Women’s Soccer League’s best teams, with an 8-3-4 record, while the Summit lag the pack at 4-4-5. The Summit are a few slots back from a playoff po...
