By diverting $641M to migrants, Mayorkas admits FEMA funds won’t last through hurricane season

By Thomas Stevenson | The Post Millennial If you want to know how hostile the global elite are to free speech, look no further than John Kerry’s recent speech to the World Economic Forum. Rather than extol the benefits of democratic liberty versus dictatorships and oligarchs, Kerry called the First Amendment a “major block” to keeping people from believing the “wrong” things. The former secretary of state and aide to the Biden-Harris administration told the sympathetic audience: “You know, there’s a lot of discussion now about how you curb those entities in order to guarantee that you’re going to have some accountability on facts, etc. But look, if people only go to one source, and the source they go to is sick, and, you know, has an agenda, and they’re putting out ...

Biden and Harris’ response to Hurricane Helene is part of a disturbing pattern

By Matt Vespa  | Town Hall Hurricane Helene dissipated over the weekend, but not before smashing into Florida’s Big Bend as a category four storm, inflicting “biblical” damage across the southern United States. After landfall, the heavy rains led to catastrophic flooding that’s killed almost 100 people so far. In the Newport area of Tennessee, about 60 miles outside Knoxville, residents were forced to scramble after the Waterville Dam failed. And where’s Biden and Harris throughout this crisis? It’s part of an unseemly pattern with this administration: when disaster strikes, everyone runs away. A train derails in East Palestine, Ohio—the Biden White House drags their feet. Severe wildfires strike Maui, the deadliest in 100 years, and it takes Joe forever to get out there. Joe’s mind ...

Data dump shows 650,000 migrant criminals, suspects free in Biden-Harris’s America

By Neil Munro  | Breitbart President Joe Biden’s administration is allowing up to 650,000 criminal migrants and suspects — including at least 13,099 migrant murderers and 222,141 migrants facing criminal charges — to roam through American communities, according to a dramatic data dump by a House Republican. “The data says that, among those not in detention, there are 425,431 convicted criminals,” reported Fox News, which got the information from Rep. Tony Gonzalez (R-TX). The letter from ICE to Gonzalez says: Your letter requests the number of noncitizens on ICE’s docket convicted or charged with a crime. As of July 21, 2024, there were 662,566 noncitizens with criminal histories on ICE’s national docket, which includes those detained by ICE, and on the agency’...

U.S. and China hold high-stakes talks as Biden seeks to manage tensions ahead of election

By Trevor Hunnicutt | Denver Gazette U.S. National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan met Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing on Thursday, wrapping up three days of talks aimed at easing friction between the two world powers ahead of November's U.S. election. As the pair sat down in the Great Hall of the People, Xi told Sullivan Beijing was committed to a stable relationship with Washington. "In this changing and turbulent world, countries need solidarity and coordination...not exclusion or regress," Xi said. READ THE FULL STORY AT DENVER GAZETTE

Northern border sector up 197 percent over record migrant arrests

By CASEY HARPER | Breitbart The record-shattering surge of migrant crossings in the Swanton Sector continues with the apprehension of more than 2,700 migrants in July. The sector of the U.S.-Canada Border experienced an increase of nearly 200 percent from the same record-setting period one year earlier. According to the CBP Nationwide Encounters report, during the first ten months of Fiscal Year 24, which began in October 2023, Swanton Sector agents apprehended 15,612 migrants who illegally crossed the border from Canada into Northeastern New York, Vermont, and New Hampshire. This is up 197 percent from the 5,257 arrested during the same period in FY23. During the last three months, agents apprehended nearly 30 percent more migrants than during the entire previous fiscal year. ...

RFK Jr. gets green light to challenge Biden on censorship after supreme court declines to rule

By KAELAN DEESE | Washington Examiner A Louisiana district court ruled this week that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and his charity Children’s Health Defense have the legal right to sue the Biden administration for allegedly pressuring tech giants to censor their social media posts. The decision marks the latest major development in anti-censorship litigation, following the June Supreme Court ruling in Murthy v. Missouri, where a 6-3 majority struck down a similar injunction against the Biden administration, saying that the plaintiffs lacked standing due to insufficient evidence of direct injury caused by the government’s actions. “The Court finds that Kennedy is likely to succeed on his claim that suppression of contentposted was caused by actions of Governm...
