Finance manager who served for four decades has retired from Town of Brush

By Robin Northrup | Brush News-Tribune The City of Brush celebrated the dedicated career of Joanne Gosselink, the town’s finance manager, at a retirement open house held at The Course at Petteys Park. Gosselink, who has served the town for 42 years, is set to retire and says her last day will be July 31. Despite stepping down, Gosselink will continue to contribute to the community as a member of the Brush Rodeo Association Board. When asked about her plans after retiring, she said she has no plans yet but may do some traveling. She added that she will take some time for herself and will be bringing out her craft supplies.
