CENTENNIAL, Colo. — Four people were detained and cited Monday after a tense standoff with law enforcement outside an Immigration and Customs Enforcement field office in Centennial, as protests continued for a fourth day following a shooting at a nearby ICE detention facility. The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office says the four were detained, cited and released at the scene after they were "warned multiple times to stop impeding operation of a public building." New Centennial Stadium Welcomes Denver Summit and Soccer Star Lindsey Heaps

Centennial Stadium will open its gates for the first time Saturday as the Denver Summit plays the Portland Thorns. The 12,000-seat stadium, which recently finished construction, is set to be the Summit’s home for at least a couple seasons. Until now, the team has been playing most of its home games in Commerce City.  Resale tickets for the debut Centennial match are available from $73. The match will stream on Paramount+ and air on CBS. The Thorns are among the National Women’s Soccer League’s best teams, with an 8-3-4 record, while the Summit lag the pack at 4-4-5. No parole for poison: Colorado dentist gets life for wife’s murder

The Associated Press via The Epoch Times CENTENNIAL, Colo.—A Colorado dentist was sentenced to life in prison Wednesday after being convicted of killing his wife by lacing her protein shakes with poison before delivering a fatal dose of cyanide when she was in the hospital. District Judge Shay Whitaker sentenced James Craig to life without the possibility of parole, the mandatory sentence for a first-degree murder conviction in Colorado. He was convicted of murder and other charges by a jury, which rejected his claim that he had helped his wife kill herself after he said he wanted a divorce following his repeated extramarital affairs.
