In a twisted handwritten journal he shared on YouTube before the massacre — much of which is encrypted in a homespun code of Russian Cyrillic script and English words — Westman groaned about his long hair and his decision to transition. “I only keep [the long hair] because it is pretty much my last shred of being trans. Minneapolis Catholic school shooting: Families shattered as 20 victims reported

By Greg Norman, Matt Finn | Fox News Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem says DHS is 'monitoring the horrific shooting' A shooting at the Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis on Wednesday has left at least 20 people injured, police said. The Richfield Police Department said "Officers are reporting 20 victims" and "a man dressed in all black and armed with a rifle was reported at the scene." The Minneapolis Police Department shared a message from the city of Minneapolis confirming "there is no active threat to the community at this time" and "the shooter is contained."
