Crow Draws Fire After Democrats Urge Troops to Reject ‘Illegal’ Orders

By: Thelma Grimes and The Washington Examiner | Colorado Politics President Donald Trump suggested on Thursday that Democratic veterans in Congress who urged military service members to “refuse illegal orders” from the Trump administration should receive capital punishment. In a Truth Social post, Trump wrote, “SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!” The president’s message was aimed at several Democrats, including Colorado U.S. Rep. Jason Crow, along with with Sens. Elissa Slotkin, D-MI, and Mark Kelly, D-AZ, in addition to Reps. Maggie Goodlander, D-NH, Chris Deluzio, D-PA, and Chrissy Houlahan, D-PA. In a video posted Tuesday, the Democratic lawmakers told military and intelligence personnel to disobey orders that they allege are “unlawfu...

Full Steam Ahead on the America First Agenda

By Heidi Ganahl | Commentary, Rocky Mountain Voice A lot of good has already happened in Trump’s first year back. Donald Trump’s first year in the White House has delivered more progress than most presidents manage in an entire term. The border is tightening. Energy is coming back to life. Inflation is easing. America feels steady again. You can see it in people’s faces — a sense of relief, a little pride, a little hope after years of turbulence. But anyone who’s ever built anything knows early wins don’t carry you forever. Momentum is a start, not a finish. We’ve moved things forward, but keeping that ground and pushing it further is the real test. This is where you focus up and just do the work. The America First agenda works — and the next chapter must be about execution, ac...

Democrats Claim Trump-Epstein Proof Then Delete Post After It Collapses

By C. Douglas Golden | Commentary, The Western Journal The Democratic Party is staking a lot on the rather thin gruel in the Jeffrey Epstein emails they’ve released. So much so, in fact, that they’re not apt to check whether the claims of a serial fabulist and convicted sex offender are verifiable. Spoiler alert: They are, and not in the way they had hoped. In case you haven’t been keeping up with the drama: On Wednesday, Democrats on the House Oversight Committee released three of Epstein’s emails which mentioned President Donald Trump in some vague way. They redacted the name of one of his victims, who is said to be Virginia Giuffre; now deceased, the woman at the center of the scandal involving the former Prince Andrew was formerly employed at Mar-a-Lago ...

Trump Team Celebrates End of Schumer Shutdown With Viral Tweet

By Matt Vespa | Townhall The longest government shutdown is over, and Trump won. He won. And credit to the Republicans. If compromising on protections for federal workers was the price to stop $1.5 trillion from going to illegal alien health care benefits and funding NPR, that’s not the worst outcome. Still, Democrats got nothing. They basically signed onto the exact same deal Republicans pitched in October.  The president signed the bill, which passed the House 222-209 after sailing through the Senate once eight Democrats opted to end this circus and joined Republicans in reopening the government. At the signing, Trump reminded the nation of the damage Democrats did to the country with this shambolic ploy. https://twitter.com/EricLDaugh/status/1988809228732035381?s=20 h...

Conservatives Unite to End Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Providers

By: Elizabeth Troutman Mitchell | The Daily Signal FIRST ON THE DAILY SIGNAL—The pro-life movement has determined its newest priority: preventing Planned Parenthood from receiving full funding again, starting July 4. “Next year, our nation will mark its 250th anniversary. A celebration of human dignity and the God-given rights proclaimed in our founding,” Live Action founder and president Lila Rose told The Daily Signal. “But we cannot celebrate freedom while subsidizing the killing of American children.” President Donald Trump’s “One, Big Beautiful Bill” instructed the federal government to end Medicaid payments for one year to abortion providers, such as Planned Parenthood, that received more than $800,000,000 from Medicaid in 2023. But on July 4, America’...

DOJ Pushes to Move Tina Peters to Federal Custody After Trump Calls for Her Release

By: Jerry Dunleavy | Just the News President Trump has called Peters a "brave and innocent Patriot" after she was convicted in Colorado last year. The Justice Department has requested that the Bureau of Prisons looks into ways to have ex-Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters transferred out of Colorado state prison and into a federal facility following her conviction last year and after President Donald Trump’s calls for her to be freed. The Office of Deputy Attorney General, led by Todd Blanche, the second-in-command to Attorney General Pam Bondi, sent an email Wednesday evening to Bureau of Prisons Director William Marshall, Just the News has learned, calling on the BOP to look into how Peters could be moved from state prison into federal custody. “At the r...

Weiser Sues to Keep U.S. Space Command in Colorado, Claims Political Retaliation

By: Óscar Contreras | Denver7 The lawsuit, which the AG says is in response to an unconstitutional action by the federal government, is the latest in a series of developments Denver7 has been reporting over the past several years DENVER — Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser said Wednesday he has filed suit against the Trump administration to prevent it from relocating U.S. Space Command from Colorado Springs to Huntsville, Alabama. At a virtual news conference earlier in the day, Weiser said President Trump’s decision last month to move command headquarters from Colorado was unconstitutional and unlawful as it violates federal law requiring public notices and reports to Congress before moving a major military headquarters location. Weiser the lawsuit was also chal...

FBI and DOJ Coordinated with White House on Secretive ‘Arctic Frost’ Surveillance of Trump Associates

By Jerry Dunleavy | Just the News Evidence continues to emerge showing the top levels of the Biden Administration involved in the investigations into once-and-future rival Donald Trump. Members of the Biden White House and leaders at the Biden-era Justice Department and FBI were all involved in efforts linked to the launch of the Arctic Frost investigation which targeted then-former President Donald Trump and MAGA World over the events surrounding January 6, 2021. Recently-declassified revelations related to the FBI’s “Arctic Frost” investigation chronicle the 2022 lawfare assault against then-former President Donald Trump and MAGA world, as criminal inquiries — which would soon lead to criminal charges — spun into high gear as Trump leaned toward running for p...

Rep. Hurd refuses pay, passes first bill and earns Trump endorsement in decisive week

By Jen Schumann | Rocky Mountain Voice President Trump’s “Complete and Total Endorsement” of Congressman Jeff Hurd on Saturday capped a remarkable week for the freshman lawmaker from Colorado’s Third District. Trump praised Hurd's “strong Record of SUCCESS,” for “fighting tirelessly to… Advance American Energy DOMINANCE, Grow the Economy, Cut Taxes and Regulations...” and “HE WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN.” Hurd has characterized his first term as a test of performance over politics. “If you look at all that we’ve accomplished in the first eight months of this Congress, it’s more than a lot of congresses accomplish in their entire two years,” Hurd told Rocky Mountain Voice before returning to session after the summer recess. “We’ve passed 27 pieces of legislation that have actually gotten...

A US appeals court has ruled that the Trump administration can deploy Oregon Natioanl Guard troops to Portland.
