The FBI also provided information on a potential suspect. Police responded to the airport and evacuated the premises. The suspect, identified as 18-year-old David Mejia of Denver, was apprehended in the airport’s lobby. The Alamosa agency said a thorough search of the airport yielded no explosive or suspicious devices. Mejia was booked into the Alamosa County Jail ...

New Report Alleges Biden Administration Spied on Eight Republican Senators

By Roberto Wakerell-Cruz | The Post Millennial "This document shows the Biden FBI spied on 8 of my Republican Senate colleagues during its Arctic Frost investigation into ‘election conspiracy.’ Arctic Frost later became Jack Smith’s elector case against Trump." Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) on Monday released a document showing that the FBI conducted surveillance on eight Republican senators as part of an investigation codenamed Arctic Frost. In a post on X, Grassley said, “This document shows the Biden FBI spied on 8 of my Republican Senate colleagues during its Arctic Frost investigation into ‘election conspiracy.’ Arctic Frost later became Jack Smith’s elector case against Trump. Watchdog Shock: FBI Had Three Sources on Biden Ukraine Dealings, Investigated None

By John Solomon | Just the News More whistleblowers than previously known came forward alleging Biden family corruption in Ukraine. Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley wants to get to the bottom of why the FBI failed to fully investigate the allegations. The FBI had three separate confidential sources who reported the Biden family was engaged in corruption in Ukraine. However, FBI Director Kash Patel says that there is no record that the bureau sought to thoroughly investigate those claims.   Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., released two new FBI FD-1023s—records of reporting from the bureau’s confidential human sources—that focus on allegations of Biden family corruption. These records match closely to a previous mem...

FBI informant exposed as serial killer after years of deception

BY Peter D'Abrosca | FOX NEWS Scott Kimball received 70-year sentence for killing four people while working as confidential informant DENVER – A former FBI agent says a serial killer who doubled as an FBI informant for years manipulated agents into believing he was helping them, all the while preying on unsuspecting victims.  Scott Kimball will likely spend the rest of his life in a federal prison in Colorado after he was sentenced to 70 years in 2009. He pleaded guilty to killing four people between 2003 and 2004, and his number of victims could be much higher, according to former FBI Special Agent Jonny Grusing.  "He made a game out of tricking the FBI," Grusing told Fox News Digital, adding that Kimball's case was unprecedented. "As long as...

FBI Says Michigan Church Shooting Was Targeted Attack Leaving Four Dead

By Nicholas Ballasy | Just the News Multiple victims have been injured in a shooting at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Grand Blanc, Michigan, on Sunday, according to police. The FBI called a gunman's assault on a Mormon church in Michigan on Sunday a "targeted attack" as the death toll rose to four as more victims were found in the charred remains of the chapel. Police said eight were also wounded when 40-year-old Thomas Jacob Sanford rammed his car into Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Grand Blanc, Mich., then opened gunfire and set fires. Sanford, a former Marine who served in Iraq, was killed during a gunfight with officers, Police Chief William Reyne said. Reyne did not specify a motive at a news conference on Sunday evening. The FBI ...

Newly Released Report Reveals 274 FBI Agents Deployed to Capitol on Jan. 6

By John Solomon and Steven Richards | Just the News Hidden for four years, an after-action report on FBI's involvement in Jan. 6 riot found by Director Patel shows dozens of agents feared that the FBI had become "woke" and "liberally biased." The FBI secretly deployed more than 250 plainclothes agents to the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6, 2021 riot, an operation so disorganized it unleashed searing frustrations among many of the FBI's rank-and-file that the bureau had lost its core competencies to "wokeness" and allowed its employees to become “pawns in a political war,” according to an after-action report kept from the public for more than four years. Scores of FBI agents and personnel – many from the bureau’s premier Washington field office (WFO) – sent anonymous complaints to ...

By Brooke Singman | Fox News Comey was the FBI director when the bureau launched the 'Crossfire Hurricane' probe. Former FBI Director James Comey was indicted by a grand jury on two counts, alleged false statements within jurisdiction of the legislative branch and obstruction of congressional proceeding, Fox News Digital has learned. Comey will reportedly turn himself in on Friday and his arraignment is set for 10 a.m. on Oct. 9, in Alexandria Courtroom 600 before District Juge Michael S. Nachmanoff. Fox News Digital exclusively reported in July that Comey was under criminal investigation by the FBI. The probe into Comey centered on whether he lied to Congress during his Sept. 30, 2020, testimony about his handling of the original Trump–Russia probe at the FBI, known inside the...

Violence tied to transgender ideology grows harder to ignore

By Tyler O’Neil | Commentary, The Daily Signal An increasing number of alleged murderers, mass shooters, and violent offenders have apparently tried to silence Christians or critics of transgender ideology, acting on the assumption that those who disagree with transgender claims represent a violent threat. The tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk only underscores this unnerving trend, and makes the case for the FBI to formally characterize the threat of transgender ideology violent extremism. The Oversight Project and The Heritage Foundation formally called on the FBI Thursday to use its authority under 18 U.S. Code § 2331 to designate this threat, and I wholeheartedly agree. The FBI declined to comment on the subject when approached Friday. That statute defines&...
