It is an opportunity the White House and Interior Secretary Doug Burgum should take very seriously. The United States Postal Service has announced a proposed new section to its mailing standards that would have a major impact on the return of mail-in ballots, as it would shift the responsibility to the voter to confirm the exact receival date by the postal service.
