Trump Administration offers $1,000 to illegal aliens who self-deport

By James Lynch | National Review The Trump administration announced Monday that it will provide $1,000 of financial aid to illegal immigrants who self-deport from the U.S. and take advantage of travel assistance. The Department of Homeland Security said it will give $1000 to illegal immigrants who use the CBP Home app to self deport and confirm their return home through the app. “If you are here illegally, self-deportation is the best, safest and most cost-effective way to leave the United States to avoid arrest. DHS is now offering illegal aliens financial travel assistance and a stipend to return to their home country through the CBP Home App,” said Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. Single day encounters at southern border hit 15-year low 

By Virginia Allen  | Daily Signal Customs and Border Protection encountered a record-low number of illegal aliens at the southern border on Saturday, according to the Department of Homeland Security.   Agents “encountered only 200 aliens at the U.S. southern border.
