Tina Peters Cleared In Prison Assault Case After January Scuffle

By Ava Kian | CPR News Former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters, who is currently serving a nine-year sentence for her role in tampering with Mesa County’s election equipment in search of election fraud, was found not guilty of assault after shoving another inmate last January in state prison. She was found guilty for the lesser charge of “unauthorized absence” after being in a restricted area where she was not assigned, Corrections Department spokeswoman Alondra Gonzalez-Garcia said. It’s not a criminal charge, but instead an internal process used to address behavior. Gonzalez-Garcia said the determination was after reviewing evidence, including video footage, medical anatomical forms for both inmates involved, and witness testimony. One of Peter’s attorn...

Father Dies From Grief of Daughter Being Tortured, Raped and Murdered by Illegal Immigrant

By: Samuel Short | The Western Journal European migration has once again proved itself to be an abject failure. Whereas Europe and the Western world stood as the bastion of hope and prosperity for many, it now functions as a breeding ground for the most horrific barbarity from the people it takes in. In France, a 12-year-old schoolgirl was raped and murdered by an Algerian woman after begging for her life, according to CNN. Now, 27-year-old Dahbia Benkired has been sentenced to life in prison without parole for this bloodthirsty, evil crime that caused the girl’s father to drink himself to death. The U.K.’s Daily Mail reported Benkired, who was working as a prostitute at the time, lured Lola Daviet into an apartment on Oct. 14, 2022. Benkired had told inves...

Covered by: Greg Norman, Louis Casiano, Alex Nitzberg, Michael Dorgan, Preston Mizell, Amanda Macias | Fox News Utah Gov. Spencer Cox said Friday that charges are coming soon for Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old arrested following Charlie Kirk's assassination.  "There is one person responsible for what happened here, and that person is now in custody and will be charged soon and will be held accountable," Cox said.  Cox said a roommate of Robinson shared with investigators, "messages affiliated with the contact Tyler stating a need to retrieve a rifle from a drop point, leaving the rifle in a bush." Police had announced earlier this week that a bolt-action rifle was recovered in the wake of Wednesday's shooting at Utah Valley University.  "Messag...

Police said there was a gun on the scene, and that Belt appeared to be walking toward it before turning to the officer. Police said Belt did not have ...

Comey, Brennan under FBI criminal investigation for Trump-Russia origins

By Victor Nava | New York Post Former CIA Director John Brennan and ex-FBI Director James Comey are being investigated for potential criminal conduct related to the 2016 Trump-Russia collusion probe.  The criminal referral involving Brennan was passed to the FBI by current CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Justice Department sources told Fox News Digital.  The investigation into the Obama-era spy chief involves allegations that he made false statements to Congress and is currently underway.  It’s unclear if the FBI’s probe into Brennan, one of 51 intelligence officials who falsely suggested Hunter Biden’s laptop could be Russian disinformation, encompasses more than his alleged false testimony to lawmakers.  Meanwhile, the specific nature of the...

Trump calls for deportation after fatal crash by illegal teen driver in Aurora

Garbo: How Democrats weaponized–and betrayed American citizens while defending criminal illegal immigrants

By C. J. Garbo | Guest Commentary, Rocky Mountain Voice Democrats have made their priorities unmistakably clear: American citizens come last. The people they swore to represent – the very citizens who pay their salaries and trust them to uphold the Constitution – are now treated as political enemies, stripped of basic rights, and left to rot in the name of partisan gain.  Meanwhile, violent foreign nationals, like MS-13 gang members, are given more care, sympathy, and legal protection than the American people ever receive.  This isn’t just hypocrisy. This is betrayal. Look at how January 6th defendants – the “J6ers” – have been treated. Many of these individuals are nonviolent, first-time offenders who exercised poor judgment on one day. They are American citizens, en...
