Former FBI Agent Says DOJ Has Strong Case Against Obama Officials Accused of Election Meddling

By: John Solomon | Just the News Former FBI agent and Navy SEAL Jonathan Gilliam says Trump should name a “Justice Czar” to coordinate both prosecutions and policy fixes. "This would be a slam dunk case for any US Attorney," he said. Aretired FBI agent who assembled major crime cases for years says Attorney General Pam Bondi has a “slam dunk” conspiracy case to prosecute former federal agents and prosecutors for election meddling for relentlessly pursuing Donald Trump for political purposes while protecting prominent Democrats like Hillary Clinton in the face of damning evidence. Jonathan Gilliam, a retired FBI agent and Navy SEAL, told the Just the News, No Noise television show that Trump should name a “Justice Czar” to coordinate both prosecutions and po...

Johnstown Breeze publisher under fire for “Mexican whipping” email to Weld County GOP

By Rocky Mountain Voice Staff | Rocky Mountain Voice The publisher of the Johnstown Breeze signs her emails with a Dalai Lama quote: “Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.” But her recent message to the Weld County Republican Party was anything but kind.  At issue is Bangert’s response to an email that was sent with details to party members and media about the Weld County Hoedown on Oct. 6. Bangert simply replied:  “What time is the flag burning and the Mexican whipping?” Weld County GOP Chairman Hunter Rivera called Bangert’s reply “deplorable and unacceptable” after it surfaced in a Facebook exchange with her husband, Breeze co-owner Matt Lubich. The email in question had been sent to more than 3,000 recipients—a routine community announcemen...

DHS Report Finds FEMA Workers Logged Political Views of Hurricane Victims

By: Leah Barkoukis | Townhall Last year, when devastating hurricanes hit the southeast coast of the U.S., higher-ups in FEMA ordered workers to discriminate against houses that displayed Trump campaign materials on their properties. Marn'i Washington, a FEMA official who was fired after ordering her subordinates to skip pro-Trump houses, gave an interview after her dismissal and claimed such discrimination was not an "isolated incident."  "FEMA always preaches avoidance first and then de-escalation, so this is not isolated," Washington said. "This is a colossal event of avoidance not just in the state of Florida, but you will find avoidance in the Carolinas." FEMA did pause aid in North Carolina, citing concerns over an "armed militia” threatening workers in th...

When the prosecutor is also the judge: Colorado’s due process problem under Griswold’s watch

By Cory Gaines | Commentary, Colorado Accountability Project I wouldn’t blame someone for thinking the fix is in at a Colorado Administrative Law hearing (especially in the SOS’s Office). If you break one of our state regulatory agencies’ copious rules, the process for our state’s administrative hearings bears little resemblance to a real trial. I recently did some looking into the state’s administrative hearings process, and was disappointed in what I found. The idea of this being a hearing in front of an independent, nominally-impartial, and disinterested judge is decidedly NOT what the process looks like. This goes, as you might imagine for an office run by Jena Griswold, double for the Secretary of State’s Office.More in the op ed below.https://completecolorado.com/2025/09/22/p...

New Report Alleges Biden Administration Spied on Eight Republican Senators

By Roberto Wakerell-Cruz | The Post Millennial "This document shows the Biden FBI spied on 8 of my Republican Senate colleagues during its Arctic Frost investigation into ‘election conspiracy.’ Arctic Frost later became Jack Smith’s elector case against Trump." Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) on Monday released a document showing that the FBI conducted surveillance on eight Republican senators as part of an investigation codenamed Arctic Frost. In a post on X, Grassley said, “This document shows the Biden FBI spied on 8 of my Republican Senate colleagues during its Arctic Frost investigation into ‘election conspiracy.’ Arctic Frost later became Jack Smith’s elector case against Trump. BIDEN FBI WEAPONIZATION = WORSE THAN WATERGATE.” The FBI document, dated Septembe...

Newly Released Report Reveals 274 FBI Agents Deployed to Capitol on Jan. 6

By John Solomon and Steven Richards | Just the News Hidden for four years, an after-action report on FBI's involvement in Jan. 6 riot found by Director Patel shows dozens of agents feared that the FBI had become "woke" and "liberally biased." The FBI secretly deployed more than 250 plainclothes agents to the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6, 2021 riot, an operation so disorganized it unleashed searing frustrations among many of the FBI's rank-and-file that the bureau had lost its core competencies to "wokeness" and allowed its employees to become “pawns in a political war,” according to an after-action report kept from the public for more than four years. Scores of FBI agents and personnel – many from the bureau’s premier Washington field office (WFO) – sent anonymous complaints to ...

Texas parents pressured by activist group to block conservative TPUSA chapter

By Thomas Stevenson | The Post Millennial "Please please please send emails to two teachers who are rumored to have agreed to sponsoring a club that will sow division and hate among our students." The vice president of a local Democrat club in Texas Adults attempted to rally adults in a private Facebook group to pressure teachers at Stratford High School in Texas to refuse to sponsor a Turning Point USA chapter (known as Club America at the high school level) at the school. Details of the chat were leaked by adults into a private Facebook group page. They also spread falsehoods about the identity of the killer of Charlie Kirk, who founded TPUSA. Andrew Kolvet, spokesman for Turning Point USA and close friend to the late Charlie Kirk, said on X, "Some grown adults in...

FBI insider’s China connections spark new concerns over Biden-linked leaks

By Jerry Dunleavy | Just The News The former FBI official who leaked details of a criminal investigation to a Chinese company with a relationship with a Hunter Biden client was over the years involved in a wide range of investigations, from Wikileaks to Crossfire Hurricane. It remains to be seen which ones may have been tainted. The since-convicted FBI counterintelligence leader, who leaked information about a criminal investigation into a Chinese company linked to Hunter Biden’s business efforts, had previously played what he claimed in his defense to have had supervisory roles in a wide range of investigations. Charles McGonigal, now known to have leaked sensitive information to China-linked targets of an FBI investigation he was helping oversee, played a role in a host of other...

Summer testing shows Google Gmail sent GOP donation emails to spam while ActBlue delivered

By Thomas Barrabi | New York Post Google is at it again — and GOP campaign donations could be a casualty. The search giant has been caught this summer flagging Republican fundraising emails as “dangerous” spam — keeping them from hitting gmail users’ inboxes — while leaving similar solicitations from Democrats untouched, a consulting firm warned. That’s despite repeatedly sparking headlines and lawsuits in recent years over the allegedly partisan practice. Last year, a federal judge tossed a lawsuit filed by the Republican National Committee that complained of biased email filtering. In 2023, the Federal Election Commission dismissed an RNC complaint alleging discrimination in Gmail’s spam filters. Nonetheless, Targeted Victory – whose clients include the National Republican...
