While the guest list for those sitting with First Lady Jill Biden during the speech gives some indiction toward the themes, it won’t be delivered until 7 p.m. Mountain Time – that’s 9 p.m. Eastern Time if you happen to be in Washington, D.C. The broadcast at WhiteHouse.gov will allow viewers to post emojis to give a reaction as the State of the Union happens, but don’t expect a chance to offer a negative reaction.
