Colorado Kidnapping Suspect Arrested in Chicago After Months on the Run

By: Jennie Taer | The Daily Wire "It’s no surprise this career criminal chose to flee to sanctuary Chicago where he knows JB Pritzker will protect him from deportation." The sanctuary city of Chicago apparently provided a hiding place for an illegal immigrant who ran from the law in Colorado after a brutal kidnapping. Venezuelan illegal immigrant Jorman Jose Cuba-Zabala allegedly took part in the kidnapping and torture of a migrant couple on December 17, 2024, at an apartment complex in Aurora, Colorado, that was taken over by members of the Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua. The apartments, The Edge at Lowry, were also the site of a viral video where armed Tren de Aragua gang members were seen trying to force their way into units. Days after the kidn...

DHS: Venezuelan gang member charged in Aurora killing entered U.S. illegally in 2023

By BorderHawkNews | BorderHawkNews An illegal alien with ties to Tren de Aragua who was released into the U.S. by the Biden regime has been charged with shooting his own wife and killing his sister-in-law in Colorado this week, according to authorities. The horrifying incident unfolded at around 3 a.m. on Sunday morning in Aurora, a Denver suburb flooded with Venezuelan gangbangers in recent years. Investigators believe Michel Jordan Castellano Fonseca, 30, became embroiled in a violent domestic dispute at an apartment before threatening to return with a firearm. Castellano Fonseca later forced his way back into the residence and shot two women believed to be his 30-year-old wife and her 26-year-old sister-in-law, the Aurora Police Department says. Five childr...

ICE’s gang member deportations linked to sharp drop in Denver, Aurora murder rates

By Warner Todd Huston | Breitbart New data shows that homicides in Denver and Aurora, Colorado, have experienced a significant drop in the wake of Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) efforts to take down the Tren de Aragua gang members that had been causing so much chaos in the area. But local Americans are still being killed by President Joe Biden’s migrants, including a 24-year-old woman killed in July of 2024 in Aurora by a 15-year-old reckless illegal-migrant driver. The local prosecutor just offered a sweetheart probation and community service deal to the youth migrant who is now applying for humanitarian asylum. The numbers have taken a significant downturn in the first quarter of 2025, according to data from the Major Cities Chiefs Association, KSUA-TV reported. ...

Natelson: Colorado’s Senate Bill 276 jampacked with constitutional absurdities

By Rob Natelson | Complete Colorado, Commentary You have to wonder about a large portion of the Colorado legislature. I’ve already written about their bills to squelch freedom of the press, freedom of speech, the right to keep and bear arms, and the constitutional right of parents to raise their own children. Not to mention the loony idea of wasting taxpayer money on a frivolous lawsuit to take away our Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights refunds. But now comes Senate Bill 276, or as I like to call it the “Venezuelan Gang Protection Act.” If you want gangs of illegal immigrants terrorizing your neighborhood, you’ll love SB 276.  You’ll also love it if you want less-violent illegals taking away American jobs or being subsidized at your expense. And if you are a legal&n...

Judge who ordered deportation flights of Venezuelan gang members be returned faces calls for impeachment

By Alec Schemmel  | Fox News After Obama-appointed Judge James Boasberg issued an order Saturday halting President Donald Trump's rapid deportation of Venezuelan gang members, Texas GOP Rep. Brandon Gill swiftly announced plans to file articles of impeachment in an effort to remove him. Gill made the announcement on X, formerly Twitter, on Saturday, noting he would be filing the motion this week. In a subsequent tweet from Elon Musk, the entrepreneur turned Trump advisor responded simply, "Necessary." "The very worst judges – those who repeatedly flout the law – should at least be put to an impeachment vote, whether that vote succeeds or not," Musk followed up in a separate post on X Monday.  READ THE FULL STORY AT FOX NEWS
