Unelected bureaucrats have a well-deserved reputation for grinding things to a halt. That’s especially true when it comes to election integrity efforts.  The grinding is particularly pronounced in the movement of President Donald Trump’s Executive Order 14248 on “Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections.”  The president signed the EO on March 25.
