Lawsuit Claims VA Diverted Medical Resources from Veterans to Aid Illegal Immigrants

By Virginia Allen | The Daily Signal The Veterans Affairs Department is facing a lawsuit after failing to disclose information related to the department’s alleged improper use of medical resources during the Biden administration to benefit illegal immigrants.   Following a Daily Signal report in August 2024, a policy organization in Washington asked the VA for more information related to its reputed use of employees to process cases of illegal aliens at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Health Service Corps. The Center to Advance Security in America, or CASA, received none of the information it requested from the VA. “After CASA learned that the Biden administration was diverting resources from the VA to provide medical exam...

Trump Cites Paid Agitators Hints at RICO Scrutiny for Soros Network

By Joe Saunders | The Western Journal The American left’s most infamous financial backer could be looking at a federal investigation. On “Fox & Friends” Friday, President Donald Trump said billionaire George Soros could be subject to federal racketeering laws for bankrolling “professional agitators” who have been behind protests around the country. And he cited his own experience at a Washington, D.C., restaurant this week as Exhibit A. “You know they have professional agitators,” Trump told the “Fox & Friends” hosts. “I had one the other night. I went into the restaurant and this woman stood up. I looked at her immediately. She had money… They get paid for it.” The incident took place Tuesday, when Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio,...

Denver Highlighted as One of 10 U.S. Cities With Highest Crime Rates

By Ashleigh Fields | KDVR Fox 31 (The Hill) — President Donald Trump has threatened to send National Guard troops into more American cities after deploying soldiers in Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles this year. He’s highlighted Baltimore and Chicago as cities in particular need of help fighting crime, though this week he appeared to back off his threat to unilaterally deploy the National Guard into cities uninvited. Baltimore has the third-highest rate of violent crime, while Chicago ranks 29th among cities with at least 500,000 residents, according to the latest FBI data. Trump’s focus on cities in blue states — those led by Democratic governors — with Black mayors has drawn criticism from Democrats, who have pointed out that some cities in red states have higher crime ...

President Trump pulls off three major moves while media chases its tail

By Dr. Brian C. Joondeph | Commentary, American Thinker One of President Donald Trump’s biggest political strengths is his unpredictability. He refuses to follow the rules of the Washington establishment, and in doing so, he keeps both his domestic opponents and foreign adversaries constantly off balance. While most presidents telegraph their intentions months in advance, Trump often operates behind the scenes, distracting the media with comments that trigger hours of frenzied speculation on cable news panels. He has joked about buying Greenland, pondered serving a third term, and thrown barbs at world leaders, not as random outbursts, but as part of a deliberate strategy to shape and steer the political narrative. Remember the so-called “rocket man” exchange with North Korea’s Ki...
