Rep. Boebert sets mobile office hours at five locations Sept. 18-19 and 24

By BRIAN PORTER | Rocky Mountain Voice

Residents of the 3rd Congressional District are invited to participate in one of five mobile office events being offered Sept. 18-19 and 24 with staff from U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert’s office.

“Our Congressional mobile office hours provide an opportunity for constituents in remote parts of the 3rd District to get the assistance they need from our staffers who can help them in a variety of ways,” Boebert said. “Meeting Coloradans where they are is a critical part of the work our office does and I know our mobile office hours will continue to be a huge help to rural constituents.”

Staff is available during the events to assist residents with federal agencies, including the Veterans Administration, expedited help with passports, taxpayers being harassed by the IRS, senior citizens needing help with Social Security or Medicare, and other general viewpoints on legislative issues. Residents are also invited to request special Congressional commendations from the congresswoman recognizing outstanding public achievements during this time.

Boebert’s office has hosted more than 283 mobile office hours in every county in the district, helped more than 3,248 people, and returned more than $6,360,153.67 to constituents.
