The Department Government Efficiency’s (DOGE) cost-cutting efforts have roiled Washington in recent weeks, but according to President Donald Trump’s border czar, Tom Homan, Elon Musk is committed to growing, rather than shrinking, at least one part of the federal government: U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
