Garbo: Treason in Plain Sight—Obama’s Coup and the Democratic Betrayal of America

By C. J. Garbo | Guest Commentary, Rocky Mountain Voice

If Tulsi Gabbard’s revelations don’t make your blood boil, you haven’t been paying attention. The coordinated deception revealed by the Director of National Intelligence is not just a scandal – it is a full-blown betrayal of the American people, engineered at the highest levels of our government. This wasn’t carelessness. It was deliberate. And it wasn’t just dirty politics. It was treason.

President Barack Obama knew the truth. His top officials – James Clapper, John Brennan, Susan Rice – knew the truth. The intelligence community found no legitimate evidence that Donald Trump colluded with Russia. But that didn’t stop them. Instead, they manufactured a lie, inflated a hoax, and fed it to a willing and corrupt media to unleash a years-long campaign to delegitimize a duly elected president.

And half the country still doesn’t know they were lied to.

Think about that. For years, Americans were told that Trump was a Russian asset, that our democracy had been hijacked. All of it – a lie. Made worse, it wasn’t foreign interference that undermined our election, it was our own government. The President of the United States used the most powerful intelligence agencies on Earth to orchestrate a narrative coup against his political enemy, against you, and against the Republic.

This is not paranoia. It is now documented fact.

And what did it cost?

– The destruction of careers and reputations.

– The abuse of prosecutorial and investigative power.

– The division of an entire nation along false lines.

– The unjust persecution of Donald Trump, who endured endless investigations, media demonization, and even assassination attempts.

All while the ones who lied to us – smug, insulated elites – cashed their book deals, gave their speeches, and kept pretending they were the adults in the room.

Make no mistake, the Democratic Party didn’t just project their crimes onto Trump – they knew they were guilty and accused others to cover it up. This is psychological warfare. And millions of Americans were emotionally manipulated into hating their neighbors, turning on their family members, and fearing their fellow citizens.

They said Trump was the threat to democracy.

But it was Obama who corrupted our republic.

This is what tyranny looks like.

Not in some far-off dystopia, but right here, under the banner of “progress,” “norms,” and “protecting democracy.” It was all a lie. A coordinated assault on truth, justice, and our Constitution.

So where are the arrests? Where is the outrage?

If this doesn’t enrage you – truly enrage you – you have surrendered something sacred. You’ve accepted that your government has the right to lie, to destroy, to frame, and to wield power like a sledgehammer against us – the very people it swore to serve.

But we will not forget. We will not move on.

Because if Barack Obama was capable of orchestrating this (using the federal government to silence opposition and engineer a false national narrative) what else has been hidden? What other crimes have been buried? And what other betrayals are still to come?

This wasn’t just a hit job on Trump.

It was an attack on every single American who dares to think freely, vote independently, or challenge the ruling class.

History must record this moment for what it is: the exposure of a coordinated, top-down, government-led attack on our Republic. Tulsi Gabbard has blown the lid off the biggest political fraud in modern American history.

Now it’s time for justice. And may God help those who stood in the way of the truth.
