Cleveland: The lesson some leftists have learned from Trump’s win should terrify Americans

By Margot Cleveland | The Federalist Since Donald Trump’s landslide victory over Kamala Harris last Tuesday, the legacy press has been hosting a public inquest into her demise. Three competing theories soon dominated the discussions — only one of which accepted the reality that Americans rejected the far-left policies and candidate on the merits. While some Democrats and media outlets took this somber approach to the post-mortem, a second and more vocal segment of the press and Harris voting bloc instead declared that Trump’s election proves a majority of Americans are racist, sexist autocrats. The election of Barack Obama, Harris’ previous victories as a senator and a vice-presidential candidate, coupled with the increase in support Donald Trump garnered from minorities and women, q...

Elise is an incredibly strong, tough, and smart America First fighter," Trump said in comment provided to Fox News Digital. A person with direct knowledge of the matter additionally confirmed to Fox News Digital that Trump has chosen the New York Republican for the role. Trump appoints Stephen Miller as deputy chief of staff for policy

By Mabinty Quarshie | Washington Examiner President-elect Donald Trump has tapped immigration hawk Stephen Miller as White House deputy chief of staff for policy, a prominent sign that enacting a mass deportation of immigrants is a key priority for him. Miller joins the already announced Tom Homan, former U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement director, as “border czar.” The two leaders have pushed for restrictive immigration policy in the nation and will likely have the resources to enforce their vision starting in January. Vice President-elect J.D. Vance took to social media to congratulate Miller on the promotion Monday. “This is another fantastic pick by the president. Congrats @StephenM!” he wrote on X. Donald Trump Picks Tom Homan to Oversee Border Security, Deportations

By Neil Munro | Breitbart Border hawk Thomas Homan is getting a prize border security job in the new administration, incoming President Donald Trump said in a message via his Truth Social media network. Homan is an experienced border officer who served as acting chief of the vital Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency in 2017 and 2018. The agency is responsible for finding, arresting, and deporting illegal migrants. Homan strongly supported Trump during the 2024 election. However, the statement did not say Homan would be nominated to run the Department of Homeland Security or the ICE agency. If nominated and confirmed by the Senate for either job, he would have the funding, personnel, and legal authority to deport many illegal migrants. READ THE FULL STORY AT BREITBART

Conway: My 3 a.m. phone call with Trump moments after his victory… and his plan for a new ‘golden era’ in America

By Kellyanne Conway | Commentary, Daily Mail As news broke of his historic electoral victory of undeniable proportions, Donald Trump fielded a flotilla of calls from family and friends – including me – in the wee hours of Wednesday morning. I told the President that he and his victory were a metaphor for America: we never surrender; we never back down; we fight, fight, fight. His circuitous journey back to 1600 Penn is the type of second chance few others have known. US stocks saw biggest inflow since June on day of Trump’s election win: Bank of America

By  Breck Dumas | Fox Business Investors poured $20 billion into U.S. equity funds on Wednesday after President-elect Donald Trump was declared the winner of the presidential election, according to Bank of America. The bank's strategists, led by Michael Hartnett, reported that it was the biggest daily stock inflow since June, and the $2.9 billion that flooded into financials was the highest on record. The note said the biggest picture is that "Trump won big, as US voters cared more about inflation, inequality…immigration than low unemployment," and the Republicans' "big sweep" equates to "big policies," with the potential for $8 trillion in tax cuts, $3 trillion in tariff revenues and $1 trillion in spending cuts. No, Trump’s too-big-to-rig victory doesn’t ‘lay to rest’ election integrity issues

By Logan Washburn | The Federalist Biden and corporate media want Americans to stop caring about election integrity. Advocates say there is still plenty of work to be done. After former President Donald Trump won the election in a landslide, President Joe Biden claimed election integrity is an issue of the past. Election integrity advocates beg to differ. “I hope we can lay to rest the question about the integrity of the American electorate system. It is honest, it is fair and it is transparent. And it can be trusted, win or lose,” Biden said on Nov. 7 according to The Hill.  READ THE FULL STORY AT THE FEDERALIST
