Trump supports Elon Musk or Larry Ellison buying TikTok

By Breck Dumas  | Fox Business President Donald Trump on Tuesday repeated his view that the U.S. should own half of TikTok and said he would be in favor of X owner Elon Musk or Oracle founder Larry Ellison purchasing the China-linked social media app. During his first day in office on Monday, Trump issued an executive order granting TikTok more time to operate and work toward compliance with a law forcing the platform's Beijing-based owner, ByteDance, to either divest the app to an American buyer or shut the platform down in the U.S. Trump was asked during a press conference announcing the massive Stargate AI infrastructure project, involving Oracle, OpenAI and Softbank, whether he would be open to Musk, his close ally, purchasing TikTok. Wolf reintroduction plan to continue in Colorado despite petition from ranchers asking for delay

By Tori Mason | CBS Colorado The Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission voted 10 - 1 to continue wolf reintroduction in the state. Last year, a petition was filed asking CPW to stop releasing wolves until several changes are made. The commission listened to hours of public comment from both sides of the issue Wednesday ahead of their vote. In September, a petition filed by ranchers and agriculture organizations asked CPW to delay further introduction of wolves until Colorado's wolf management program is "equipped to handle the consequences of these introductions." NY top court denies delaying Trump sentencing

By Ella Lee and Zach Schonfeld | The Hill New York’s high court on Thursday declined to halt President-elect Trump’s sentencing on his hush money criminal conviction, which is scheduled for Friday morning. In a terse note, the New York Court of Appeals’s chief clerk notified Trump’s attorneys that Judge Jenny Rivera declined to sign an order stopping the sentencing from moving forward, as the president-elect appeals and claims he is immune and the prosecution must be dismissed.  “As a result of the Judge’s determination, no motion is pending in the above title at the Court of Appeals,” the clerk wrote.  READ THE FULL STORY AT THE HILL

How the Biden FBI let an ISIS acolyte slip right past them

By Eireann Van Natta | Daily Caller A political agenda combined with a lack of information on the New Orleans terrorist likely culminated in Shamsud-Din Jabbar escaping the FBI’s radar, former agents told the Caller. The terrorist who allegedly plowed a truck into a crowd on New Years pledged allegiance to ISIS, reportedly possessed an ISIS flag, and even traveled to Egypt — yet no action was taken by the FBI for months. Jabbar was identified by authorities as the driver of the Ford pickup truck that rammed through a crowd on Bourbon Street in New Orleans last Wednesday morning, killing 15 people. He was subsequently killed by police in a shootout. READ THE FULL STORY AT THE DAILY CALLER

Outgoing DNC chairman tells Democrats not to abandon ‘identity politics’

By Annabella Rosciglione | Washington Examiner Outgoing Democratic National Committee Chairman Jaime Harrison pushed back on some critics who believe the Democratic Party should abandon “identity politics” after losses in the 2024 election.  In a speech to Democratic donors in Arizona, Harrison defended his party’s commitment to fusing race and politics. He said that people of color need to see Democrats fighting for them, and that “cannot be the excuse for why we win or lose.” “When I wake up in the morning, when I look in the mirror, when I step out the door, I can’t rub this off,” he said, waving his hand in front of his face, according to the Associated Press. “This is who I am. This is how the world perceives me.” READ THE FULL STORY AT THE WASHINGTON EXAMIN...

Trump’s woke DEA pick arrested christian pastor, released criminals, penalized unvaccinated employees

By Brianna Lyman | The Federalist President-elect Donald Trump has made several impressive picks to help carry out his America First agenda, like Kash Patel for FBI director, Pete Hegseth for defense secretary, and Tom Homan as “border czar.” But his pick for Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) administrator, Chad Chronister, doesn’t belong anywhere near a position of power. Chronister currently serves as sheriff in Hillsborough County, Florida, and Trump says Chronister will work to “secure the Border, stop the flow of Fentanyl, and other Illegal Drugs, across the Southern Border, and SAVE LIVES.” But surely Trump could’ve chosen a candidate who didn’t throw a Christian pastor in jail, release criminals, or threaten the unvaccinated. Rabbi Confirmed Murdered in UAE; Netanyahu: ‘Antisemitic Terrorism’

By Joel B. Pollak | Breitbart Rabbi Tzvi Kogan, the assistant rabbi to the growing Jewish community in Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates, was confirmed dead Sunday morning, apparently murdered by three Iranian agents from Uzbekistan who fled to Turkey. The Chabad organization confirmed his death and asked people to do a good deed — a “mitzvah” — in his memory. Rabbi Kogan had been missing since Thursday. Israeli officials contacted his relatives on Friday. There was reportedly some frustration among Israeli officials with the slow pace of investigation by UAE authorities, especially since Rabbi Kogan’s car — evidently driven by his assailants — had reportedly been stopped for speeding on the road to Oman.Rabbi Kogan had been missing since Thursday. Discovery of ‘fraudulent’ voter applications prompts PA probe of Arizona company’s potential involvement

By Breanne Deppisch  | Fox News A Pennsylvania prosecutor is investigating roughly 30 voter registration applications and mail-in ballot applications that were identified as "fraudulent" — including several that officials linked to an Arizona-based group that is working in the county. The registration forms were spotted by the county’s board of elections officials, who then separated the forms and referred the matter for further investigation, Monroe County District Attorney Mike Mancuso said in a statement. At least some of the forms were submitted by "Field and Media Corps," an apparent subsidiary of Fieldcorp, an Arizona-based organization working in Lancaster County, according to Mancuso.
