The worst mistake of Joe Biden’s career becomes clear

By Salena Zito  | Daily Caller President Joe Biden’s worst career mistake became clear this week, and it should serve as a cautionary tale for young men. Uncle Joe’s political career is cooked. His legacy is already lost. And this week showed it. In his first official cabinet meeting in over a year, First Lady Jill Biden sat at the head of the table. Biden was then forced to appear on ABC’s “The View,” where the hosts treated him like a child and where he admitted he is still in denial about how his own party kicked him off the ballot. It was so undignified you pitied the man. But Biden brought this upon himself by making a strategic career error that might cost his legacy for future generations. U.S. will send troops to the Middle East, warns Americans to leave Lebanon on brink of all-out war

By Wills Robinson  | The Daily Mail The U.S. is sending troops to the Middle East in response to the surge in violence between Israel and Hezbollah and as the region teeters on the edge of an all-out war. The Pentagon announced on Monday that 'additional' service members would be deployed to join the 40,000 already stationed in the region along with a dozen warships and fighter jet squadrons. Israel forces have ramped up their airstrikes deep inside Lebanon and the State Department has warned all Americans to leave as the risk of conflict spirals to levels not seen in years. Duke: The rise of BlueAnon

By Alexander Hall  | The Spectator Someone call the disinformation police! Left-wing conspiracy theories and attempts to manipulate the media are spiraling out of control ahead of the 2024 election. From tall tales about former president Donald Trump staging his own assassination attempt to the lower-stakes speculation that Republican vice presidential candidate J.D. Vance is wearing guyliner, “BlueAnon” has reemerged in a big way. BlueAnon is a blanket term coined by some conservatives to describe liberal and left-wing conspiracy theories. It intentionally rhymes with QAnon, the arguably better-known right-wing conspiracy, and mostly arose in response to what many regard as the Russian collusion hoax, the idea that Trump colluded with the Russian government to win the 2016...

Biden-Harris’ big-spending infrastructure bill produced little progress on key projects

BySarah Bedford | Washington Examiner Democrats have touted the infrastructure bill Congress passed in 2021 as a signature accomplishment of the Biden-Harris administration, but some of its ambitious projects have fallen far short of expectations nearly three years after President Joe Biden signed it into law. A massive program to expand rural broadband access has failed so far to connect any homes to the internet. A push to electrify school bus fleets has proved costly and inefficient. And a multibillion-dollar effort to build thousands of electric vehicle charging stations across the country has so far yielded just a handful of stations. The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act contained $1.2 trillion in spending on what the White House called “a ...

Social media erupts after President throws to Jill Biden to speak at Cabinet meeting

By Alexander Hall  | Fox News Social media erupted after First Lady Jill Biden presented at what may be one of President Biden’s final Cabinet meetings in the White House. Biden convened his Cabinet on Friday for the first time since Oct. 2, 2023 – this time with the first lady joining him to speak about the White House Initiative on Women’s Health Research.  The president explained Jill Biden’s presence there, saying, "Here and across previous administrations, first ladies have attended these meetings for specific reasons. This is the first time Jill has joined us, and it goes to show how important the issue is, which she is about to speak to."  READ THE FULL STORY AT FOX NEWS

Optics were more important to Biden-Harris Administration than protecting Afghanistan 13, Rep. Lopez says

By BRIAN PORTER | Rocky Mountain Voice As America paused on 9/11 last week to remember those lost in terrorist attacks on New York City, U.S. Rep. Greg Lopez went to the floor of the U.S. House to address the country's exit from the resulting war in Afghanistan. "President [Joe] Biden and Vice President [Kamala] Harris fled a country we freed for two decades, left in the grasp of merciless terrorists," said Lopez, who represents Colorado's 4th District in the U.S. House. "Why did we have to lose 13 brave service members? We didn't." He levied blame for the "catastrophic exit" from Afghanistan on the leadership of Biden-Harris. "We lost them because there was no real plan on how to get out of Afghanistan," Lopez said. "Any real, true commander-in-chief would know that you must p...

Trump blames Biden-Harris ‘rhetoric’ for latest assassination attempt

By Brooke Singman | Fox News Former President Trump said President Biden and Vice President Harris’ "rhetoric" is what is causing him to be "shot at," following the second assassination attempt against him since July, while telling Fox News Digital that the suspected gunman "acted" on "highly inflammatory language" of Democrats.   Trump spoke exclusively with Fox News Digital Monday morning, just a day after he was rushed off of the golf course at Trump International in West Palm Beach, Fla., after the Secret Service discovered a gunman in the bushes.  The suspected gunman, Ryan Wesley Routh, had an AK-47 style rifle pointing through the chain-link fence out toward the green; a go-pro camera; and two backpacks. He ran from the scene but was pulle...

Biden-Harris national security spokesman says no need to respond to vets on Afghanistan withdrawal debacle

By Jarrett Stepman  | Daily Signal White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby wrote Wednesday that there is “no use responding” to a “handful of vets” involved in the Afghanistan withdrawal debacle. Fox News obtained an email sent with that message by Kirby on the anniversary of 9/11 as a “reply all” likely meant for his staffers. “Clearly, I didn’t realize you were on the chain,” Kirby said about his initial email, Fox reported. The high-profile spokesman sent the email about not responding to some military veterans to address questions from Fox News about Kirby’s providing cover for the Biden-Harris administration on its hurried departure from Afghanistan in August 2021.  READ THE FULL STORY AT THE DAILY SIGNAL

First ballots mailed out closer to the Biden-Harris switcheroo than Election Day

By Elle Purnell | The Federalist A lot has happened in the past two months. Donald Trump survived a bullet to the head by a would-be assassin; Joe Biden failed to survive a presidential debate. Kamala Harris has been the Democrats’ replacement candidate for such a short period of time that media are still talking about a Harris “honeymoon” — and she just got around to releasing a policy platform this week. And yet, the first ballots are already in the mail and on their way to voters. Alabama, the first state to drop ballots in the mail, started shipping them out on Wednesday to absentee ballot applicants as well as military and overseas voters. There are 55 days between Wednesday, the official start of election season, and Nov. 5, the date that still bears the moniker of...

Comer unveils wide-ranging hearing on Biden-Harris ‘failed record’

By Elizabeth Elkind  | Fox News The House Oversight Committee is planning a hearing next week broadly targeting Biden-Harris administration policies and their effect on Americans, Fox News Digital has learned. Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., is scheduling the hearing – titled, "A Legacy of Incompetence: Consequences of the Biden-Harris Administration’s Policy Failures" – for Thursday, Sept. 19, at 10 a.m. ET. Comer accused President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris of causing "skyrocketing inflation, the worst border crisis in American history, high energy prices, chaos around the world, and rampant waste, fraud, abuse, and mismanagement at federal agencies," in a statement to Fox News Digital on Thursday.
