The Naughty List is Filled with Sanctuary Cities And States this Year

By Jennie Taer | The Daily Wire Santa’s naughty list this year includes several sanctuary cities and states that allowed illegal immigrant criminals to roam their streets, many of whom went on to commit more egregious crimes. Sanctuary cities and states adopt policies that prevent local police from notifying federal immigration authorities about the looming release of illegal immigrants from local jails. They also bar federal authorities from entering jails to interview illegal immigrant suspects. The Trump administration has sued several sanctuary jurisdictions, including Minnesota, New York City, Boston, Illinois, and Los Angeles, over the policies. These are some of the worst offenders. Marco Rubio’s Foreign Policy Vision Quietly Takes Shape Under Trump

By Ross Douthat | Commentary, The New York Times You are watching the 2016 Republican primary campaign, trying to figure out if Ted Cruz or Marco Rubio can stop Donald Trump from winning the Republican nomination. A man from the future steps out of a shimmering portal and informs you that the winner of the primary campaign will go on to be the Republican president who will finally bomb Iran’s nuclear program. “Hmm,” you say, “maybe Ted Cruz.” But there’s more, the traveler says. The same Republican president will ship armaments to support Ukraine in a brutal war against Vladimir Putin’s Russia. “OK,” you say, “then we can probably scratch Trump off the list.” And finally, your visitor informs you, this president will put in place a naval blockade of socia...

Trump Administration Moves To Break Up Boulder Based NCAR In Climate Research Shakeup

By Joey Garrison | USA TODAY WASHINGTON ‒ The Trump administration is moving to dismantle the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Colorado, according to a senior White House official, taking aim at one of the world's leading climate research labs. Trump officials have circled the federally funded research institution, based in Boulder, Colorado, as a hub for "federal climate alarmism" after it was established decades earlier in 1960 for research in atmospheric chemistry and physical meteorology. The administration plans to identify and eliminate what it calls "green new scam research activities" during an upcoming review of the center, according to the White House, while "vital functions" such as weather modeling and supercomputing will be moved to an...

Texas Rep Warns of “Judicial Tyranny” Blocking Trump Agenda

By George Caldwell | The Daily Signal Republican Rep. Brandon Gill of Texas says judges overruling President Donald Trump’s agenda amounts to “judicial tyranny.” Now, Gill is calling on Congress to end the judicial overreach via impeachment. “One of the biggest problems in the country right now is judicial tyranny,” Gill told The Daily Signal’s Tony Kinnett on “The Tony Kinnett Cast.” “It’s judges who are taking off their robes and acting as if they’re political operatives … active members of the Democrat party who are there to do the Democrats’ bidding.” Gill criticized James “Jeb” Boasberg in particular, the President Barack Obama-appointed chief judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Caught between two governments: Whistleblower says Colorado’s DEI system collides with a federal ban

By Jen Schumann | Rocky Mountain Voice When managers in the Colorado Department of Agriculture (CDA) logged into their Nov. 6 virtual meeting, the agenda read like a standard operational update. But on the list sat two items that created angst: the statewide EDI/Colorado for All report due in December and the launch of a 2026 Inclusive Leadership cohort.  Those initiatives, part of Colorado’s expanding equity and inclusion system, set the stage for a clash with a different set of requirements now coming from D.C. The moment in the meeting Rich Guggenheim, the program manager who oversees plant certification inspections for Colorado’s nursery and seed industries, signs off on several USDA pest survey grants. When Inclusive Leadership came up, he ...

Tina Peters Requests Presidential Pardon as New Evidence Bolsters Her Claims

By A.L. Goodwin | Guest Contributor, Rocky Mountain Voice On December 6, 2025, former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters formally submitted an application for a Presidential Pardon to President Donald J. Trump. Her legal team describes the request as both a matter of justice and national security, pointing to newly released evidence and expanding federal investigations that directly corroborate Peters’ original claims. Attorney John Case, who represents Peters, summarized the urgency: “The President has authority under the U.S. Constitution to pardon Tina Peters. Colorado officials continue to persecute Tina in state prison, where her health has deteriorated. The courts refuse to allow Tina release on bond while the Colorado Court of Appeals considers her appeal. So, Tina h...

Media Frenzy Over Hegseth Exposed as Another Political Operation

By: M.D. Kittle | Commentary, The Federalist ‘And for their next act? – They want him tried for war crimes …They intend to prosecute another political opponent,’ said Sen. Schmitt. Garbage in, garbage out.  GIGO, as computer geeks commonly call it, is the principle that if a system receives inadequate or bad data, the results will surely be flawed.  Same goes with news reporting.  The garbage leaks that went into the Washington Post’s latest “Get Trump” hoax was so bad that even the Trump Derangement Syndrome-suffering New York Times could smell the stink. As my colleague Brianna Lyman wrote this week, the Post’s Alex Horton and Ellen Nakashima claimed Secretary of War Pete Hegseth “gave a spoken directive” to...

Family of Alleged DNC RNC Bomber Pushed DOJ for Racism Probe While Fighting Trump in Court

By: Luke Rosiak | The Daily Wire The father of Brian Cole, a bail bondsman for illegal immigrants, hired Trayvon Martin’s attorney in 2021. Brian Cole, Jr. worked for a bail bonds company run by his father that worked to free illegal immigrants from ICE facilities and sued the Trump administration’s Department of Homeland Security. Weeks before 30-year-old Cole Jr. allegedly planted pipe bombs at the headquarters of the Democrat and Republican parties on January 5, 2021, a court ruled against the company in its lawsuit attacking the Trump administration on immigration issues, The Daily Wire has learned. An FBI affidavit in the case notes that the suspect works for a bail bond company and lives with his mother. Later in 2021, the company held a press conf...
