Attending a Charlie Kirk Vigil Won’t Save America

There were no riots. 

The Americans who will mourn Charlie’s assassination are not people who riot. 

We are not our enemy who seeks only to destroy.

We are the descendants of the settlers who gave everything to build the nation we know today.

If Charlie Kirk’s martyrdom is to be worth more than a season of tear soaked vigils – you must reach within yourself and understand what this all means.

His death is America’s turning point. But in the era of cell phones and the internet, we are horribly misled over how one will make a difference.

Your posts alone will not save our country. 

We need to believe in our ability to connect with other people who agree with us.

We’re built for it. For some reason we lost the habit.

Don’t forget that Charlie Kirk was an organizer.

In 2011, Fox News showed you tents on Wall Street and told you ‘this is activism; organizers did this.’ 

Even Reagan’s presidency allowed the silent majority to live the fight against communist ‘activists’ through him. 

Today you are shown Greta Thunberg and BLM marxists – pink hat feminists and PETA. They tell you that these are the types of people who go outside to do their politics. 

Your society will die by the hands of these types of people because you aren’t doing enough about it.

GO to the vigils. GO to hear the speakers who strengthen you. Remember that these events are not the solution – they are the rally points which give you the courage to enter the unknown.

What Getting Involved Is Like

The unknown, hazy world of political change should not scare you. It is hazy and unclear because it was designed to be. You have everything it takes to enter and become a champion.

In this world of political change you will learn that all can be achieved by clear values and honest work. You do not need to compromise or make unsavory deals to win. 

Simply stick to your values.

Do not get distracted as you explore the political realm. You can become lost in talk of strategies and ideas without lifting a finger.

The Left Wants You Dead

The same left who run your schools, cities, and legislature are celebrating the assasination of a Christian father who was willing to do whatever it took to give America a peaceful resolution to its disagreements.

The left thinks Charlie Kirk’s death is funny. These communists are calling for more political murder. 

“We’re fighting fire with fire. And we’re gonna punch these sons of *expletive*s in the mouth,” Gavin Newsom said.

“Kill them! Kill those *expletive*s and murder those *expletive*s in the streets. Let the streets soak in their *expletive* red capitalist blood,” Hasan Piker said.

“If you wanted Charlie Kirk to be alive, Donald Trump shouldn’t have been president for this second term,” Steven “Destiny” Bonnell II.

Which are you more afraid of? What the radical left has in store for you or being called an activist or an organizer?

The Constitution will not save you from this war. Our courts are long captured by communists who will happily punish the innocent and let the guilty go free.

Good people must sacrifice their weekends, their evenings, their energies to restore our republic. 

You must learn how to save your nation before violence is all that you have left. This is the least you could do.

How To Get Involved (Step By Step)

Begin with small steps: (1) make sure you’re registered to vote (2) double check your party affiliation (3) get in touch with your local political leadership and attend local events. 

(Bonus) Politics is much more bearable with a friend. If you don’t have a friend to bring along, make one.

Do not be discouraged if you think that party meetings are boring. The wealth of these meetings is found in the people who attend. You must learn what is happening in your community to combat it.

(4) Find out when your local school board and city council meet—then attend meetings. 

It is here where you will discover a vote to take away parental rights is hidden after a short discussion about property taxes. The devil is in the details.

(5) Find out who your local representatives are. (6) Go check out their liberty score. (7) Find your local candidates running in your area this fall. (8) Vote.

(9) Make sure the young people you know who love America are plugged into Young Conservatives of Colorado (YCC) and Turning Point USA (TPUSA). 

YCC is a conservative community with a practical ladder to political leadership with job opportunities to take back Colorado through pushing back in communities and the legislature. 

TPUSA helps high school and college students start clubs on their campus to further the values and principles Charlie Kirk stood for.

Further: (10) learn what a precinct committee person is and (11) become one for the GOP. (12) Contact a conservative campaign and get plugged in. 

(13) Help a group like Protect Kids Colorado circulate petitions. (14) Raise money for a candidate or political group. (15) Consider running for city council or school board.

Becoming comfortable takes time. Getting involved is an immediate decision. Skip a step if you must to keep going.

Now Is Your Time.

Once more, go to the vigils. Mourn Charlie Kirk for the great man he was. Mourn Charlie Kirk for his resolve to live for peace in America until evil sent him back to our creator. But do not stop.

It’s not rocket science – it’s just work. And you make a decision every day from now on whether you will hide away from the scary things happening to your state or whether you will take the time to make a difference.

It’s a jump which must be made with naive, good faith—into an unknown world of politics. On the other side there is a friendly community and a world of patriots at war for the future of our state and country. 

Jump now. Do it for Charlie. Do it for your family. Do it for the survival of your people: the good people the leftists wish were dead.

And don’t stop fighting till you win.
