On Thursday, a pair of illegal alien women, joined by the Immigrant Legal Resource Center, filed a lawsuit in an attempt to have a federal judge block DHS from sending them hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines for their failure to self-deport. Denver Gazette A spokesperson with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has confirmed that 18 people who were taken into custody on April 27 as part of a major raid on an unlicensed Colorado Springs nightclub had previously been ordered to be deported.
